Simply put, our mission is to help you, “Change Your Life With Us.”After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
Barre is a low-impact workout inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, using a ballet barre for support to perform small, isometric movements (tiny pulses) that deeply fatigue major muscle groups for strength, toning, and flexibility, often with light weights, bands, and balls for added resistance. It focuses on core, glutes, thighs, and arms, building lean muscle and improving posture, and is accessible to all fitness levels as no dance experience is needed.
